Plot Summary

Today marks the thirteenth anniversary of Takashi's father's death. Even though the time for the memorial service is fast approaching, Takashi and his wife, Mio, are consumed with desire and devour each other while still wearing their mourning clothes. The memorial service was held simply at Takashi's brother's home, with only his wife, Misako, their university-aged son, Masaki, and Mio and his wife present.
